Amazing!

First off, you might think I am biased because I sell FLP Aloe Vera products, but believe me I am not. I do like to remain objective even if I have an interest in something.

My son David was about to make himself a slice of toast under the grill (the toaster's broken...it's been for a while too!), when he reached under the grill to pull out the grill pan in order to place his slice of bread on it. He wasn't looking (as teenagers often do!) so his right thumb touched the red hot grill element, and immediately the odour of burnt flesh filled the kitchen.

He rushed to the sink and quickly placed it under running cold water, while I examined it. The burn was on the pulp of the thumb, and the brown burn streak looked like the epidermal layers beneath the top keratinized layer is as good as gone.

After he had kept the finger under the cold tap water for a few minutes, I applied a copious amount of Aloe Vera Gelly over the pulp, and asked him to maintain a copious amount of the gelly on the wound. By night fall, my wife and I could not believe our eyes! There was hardly a mark on the skin, which looked very alive! No skin peel, not even the top keratin layer came off. I still can't believe it.

Now, our youngest had suffered a burn a couple of years ago, and a friend had suggested applying using 100% Aloe Vera Gel. I wasn't in the FLP business at the time and didn't know anything about Aloe Vera, so we purchased a tube from Holland & Barret. Unfortunately, we didn't find the result very impressive, so I didn't think much of aloe vera until I did some research prior to joining FLP. I've now realized that the harvesting, stabilization and packaging process have a huge bearing on how much of the goodness in the aloe leaf the preparation retains.

My family's experience with FLP Aloe Vera products, in particular the drinks and the topical Gelly has been fantastic.
